49—Information to be provided by medical practitioner
(1) The Board may, at
any time, require a medical practitioner to supply it with prescribed
information relating to his employment and practice as a medical practitioner.
(2) Information
provided under this section may be included in the general register.
(3) A
medical practitioner who fails to comply with a requirement under this section
is guilty of an offence.
Penalty: One thousand dollars.
