9—Procedures at meetings of the Board
(1) Five members shall
constitute a quorum at a meeting of the Board.
(2) The President
shall preside at a meeting of the Board at which he is present and, in the
absence of the President from a meeting, the members present shall decide who
is to preside at the meeting.
(3) A question arising
before the Board shall be determined in accordance with the opinion of a
majority of the members present or, where they are equally divided in opinion,
in accordance with the opinion of the person presiding at the meeting.
(4) The Board shall
cause accurate minutes to be kept of the business conducted at its meetings.
(5) Subject to this
Act, the procedure for the calling of meetings of the Board and the conduct of
business at meetings of the Board shall be determined by the Board.
