64—Review of special authorisations
(1) The Board must, by
30 June 2002, complete a review on the operation of section 24(3) of this
Act.
(2) The Board must, in
conducting a review under subsection (1), consult—
(a) with
appropriate organisations and associations that, in the opinion of the Board,
represent the interests of nurses in the State; and
(b) with
the public generally.
(3) The Board must
prepare a report on the outcome of the review and provide a copy of the report
to the Minister by the date referred to in subsection (1).
(4) The Minister must,
within six sitting days after receiving a report under subsection (3),
have copies of the report laid before both Houses of Parliament.
