Repeal of Act
The Pharmacists Act 1991 was repealed by Sch 1 cl 4 of the
Pharmacy Practice Act 2007 on 8.11.2007.

Transitional etc provisions associated with Act or

Statutes Amendment (Domestic Partners) Act
2006
From the commencement of this section, a reference to a prescribed
relative, spouse or putative spouse in the
memorandum and articles of association or constitution of a company that is
registered as a pharmacist under the Pharmacists Act 1991 will,
where the context so admits or requires, be taken to include a reference to a
domestic partner.
