South Australian Repealed ActsThis legislation has been repealed.
(1) The Governor may
make such regulations as are necessary or expedient for the purposes of, or as
are contemplated by, this Act.
(2) Without limiting
the generality of subsection (1), the regulations may—
(a)
prescribe and regulate the standard of premises and equipment to be used in
the practice of pharmacy;
(b)
prescribe reference works to be kept by pharmacists for use in the practice of
pharmacy;
(c)
prescribe and regulate the records to be kept by pharmacists in relation to
the practice of pharmacy;
(d)
regulate advertising by pharmacists in relation to the practice of pharmacy;
(e)
regulate business or trading names used in relation to the practice of
pharmacy;
(f)
regulate the conduct of pharmacists in connection with the practice of
pharmacy;
(g)
declare any conduct to be unprofessional;
(h)
prescribe (or empower the Board to prescribe) fees or charges for the purposes
of this Act and provide for the recovery of a fee or charge so prescribed;
(i)
exempt (conditionally or unconditionally) specified
persons, or persons of a specified class, from the provisions, or any
specified provisions, of this Act;
(j)
prescribe fines not exceeding a division 7 fine for contravention of, or
non-compliance with, a regulation.
