175—Penalty for unlawful injury of property
Any person who unlawfully destroys or injures any irrigation work in the
district shall be guilty of an offence against this Act and liable to a
penalty not exceeding two hundred dollars, and to be imprisoned for any term
not exceeding six months, in addition to or in substitution for the said
pecuniary penalty.
