179—Disqualified person acting as member or auditor
Any person who at the time of his election to the office of member or auditor
to his knowledge is disqualified to act in that office, or who after his
election becomes disqualified, and who in any manner acts as a member or
auditor after his election, and his knowledge of the existence of his
disqualification, shall be guilty of an offence against this Act, and liable
to a penalty not exceeding twenty dollars.
