21—Chairman's and members' fees
(1) The chairman shall
be paid by the trust such annual remuneration for his services as is fixed by
the trust in each financial year: Provided that the remuneration paid to the
chairman during any financial year shall not exceed such amount as is approved
by the Minister.
(2) Every member,
other than the chairman, shall be paid by the trust such annual remuneration
for his services as is fixed by the trust in each financial year: Provided
that the remuneration paid to each member during any financial year shall not
exceed such amount as is approved by the Minister.
(3) No person shall be
disqualified from being or continuing the chairman or a member of the trust by
reason of his receiving any payment under this section.
