(1) Nothing in this
Act contained or hereby implied shall limit, prejudice, or affect any estate,
interest, power, or right possessed by or conferred on the Government of South
Australia.
(2) Nothing herein
contained or implied shall impose any liability or responsibility upon the
Government of South Australia in any way relating to the Renmark Irrigation
Settlement, nor shall the Government undertake any such liability or
responsibility.
