29—Management of hospital
(1) An
incorporated hospital will be administered by a board of directors constituted
in accordance with the approved constitution of that hospital.
(2) The board may
delegate any of its powers arising under its constitution to any committee
appointed by the board or to any member of the board or to a person employed
at the hospital.
(3) A delegation of
powers by the board does not derogate from the power of the board to act in
any matter itself.
