50—Management of health centre
(1) An
incorporated health centre will be administered by a board of directors
constituted in accordance with the approved constitution of that
health centre.
(2) The board may
delegate any of its powers arising under its constitution to any committee
appointed by the board or to any member of the board or officer or employee of
the health centre.
(3) A delegation of
powers by the board does not derogate from the power of the board to act in
any matter itself.
