SOUTH AUSTRALIAN HEALTH COMMISSION ACT 1976 - SECT 62A

62A—Notification of dissolution of incorporated body

Where the incorporation of a body is dissolved pursuant to this Act, the Minister must notify, in writing, the Corporate Affairs Commission of that fact.
