63—Constitutions to be available for public inspection
(1) The Minister must
ensure that copies of the approved constitution of each incorporated hospital
and incorporated health centre, and the amendments (if any), are kept at a
public office of the Department.
(2) A member of the
public may, upon payment of the prescribed fee, inspect the constitution of an
incorporated hospital or incorporated health centre.
