South Australian Repealed ActsThis legislation has been repealed.
(1) The Governor may
make such regulations as are contemplated by this Act or as are necessary or
expedient for the purposes of this Act, or as are necessary in consequence of
conditions directly or indirectly caused by a disaster or major emergency.
(2) Without limiting
the generality of subsection (1), those regulations may—
(a)
apply generally or to a particular case or class of case; and
(b)
apply throughout the State or within a particular part of the State; and
(c)
prescribe penalties, not exceeding a fine of five thousand dollars, for breach
of or non-compliance with, a regulation.
