Schedule 5—Fees

Application for registration or renewal of registration of label and additional particulars or for alteration of registered label or registered additional particulars (see sections 12(7)(b), 18(2)(b) and 19(2) of the Act)—

(a) in relation to an agricultural chemical that is a fertiliser or soil conditioner and does not contain a pesticide

$90

(b) in any other case

no fee
