24—Immunity from personal liability
(1) No liability
attaches to an authorised person for any act or omission in good faith and in
the exercise, performance or discharge (or purported exercise, performance or
discharge) of a power, function or duty under these regulations.
(2) A liability that
would, but for subregulation (1), lie against the authorised person, lies
instead against the Trust.
