South Australian Repealed RegulationsThis legislation has been repealed.
Each CFS organisation must, on or before 31 August in each year, deliver to
the Board a return (in a form determined by the Board) containing—
(a) the
full name, residential address, contact telephone number, occupation and date
of birth of each member of the CFS who will hold a position in the
organisation during the 12 month period commencing on 1 September of that
year; and
(b) a
copy of the audited operating accounts of the organisation for the preceding
financial year; and
(c) such
other information as the Board may require.
