COUNTRY FIRES REGULATIONS 2004 - REG 3

3—Interpretation

In these regulations, unless the contrary intention appears—

"Act" means the Country Fires Act 1989;

"Australian Standard" means a standard of Standards Australia;

"incident management system"—see regulation 4;

"incident response plan"—see regulation 4;

"operation" includes a practice or training exercise for members of a CFS organisation;

"recognised emergency service" means—

            (a)         South Australia Police; or

            (b)         the South Australian Metropolitan Fire Service; or

            (c)         the State Emergency Service; or

            (d)         the SA St John Ambulance Service Inc; or

            (e)         the SA Ambulance Service.
