South Australia Chicken Meat Industry Regulations 2004 under the Chicken Meat Industry Act 2003 Contents 1 Short title 3 Interpretation 4 Fee for Registrar's operations 5 Notice to commence negotiations for growing agreements Schedule 1--Fees for Registrar's operations Schedule 2--Notice to commence negotiations for growing agreements Legislative history 1--Short title These regulations may be cited as the Chicken Meat Industry Regulations 2004. 3--Interpretation In these regulations-- Act means the Chicken Meat Industry Act 2003. 4--Fee for Registrar's operations (1) The prescribed fee that must be paid to the Registrar each financial year is the appropriate fee set out in Schedule 1. (2) The fee for a financial year must be paid to the Registrar by 1 May of that year. (3) The penalty for default in payment of the prescribed fee is 10 per cent of the prescribed fee. 5--Notice to commence negotiations for growing agreements For the purposes of section 17 of the Act, the prescribed form is set out in Schedule 2.
