(1) If the number of
candidates nominated is the same or less than the number of vacancies to be
filled by election the registrar must by notice in a daily newspaper
circulating throughout the State declare the candidates to be elected to the
board.
(2) If the number of
candidates nominated is greater than the number of vacancies to be filled, the
following regulations will apply.
