45—Notification of decision to owner of land
(1) If an owner of the
land to which a decision on an application under Division 1 of Part 4 of
the Act relates is not a party to the application, the relevant authority must
send a copy of any notice issued by the relevant authority under
regulation 42 to that owner.
(2) The relevant
authority should comply with subregulation (1) within five business days
after the notice is given under regulation 42.
