South Australian Repealed RegulationsThis legislation has been repealed.
(1) For the purposes
of section 46D(5)(a) of the Act, the period of—
(a) in
the case of a referral to the Environment Protection Authority relating to a
development that involves, or is for the purposes of, an activity specified in
Schedule 22—30 business days;
(b) in
any other case—20 business days,
from the date of referral of the DR to the relevant authority or body is
prescribed.
(2) For the purposes
of section 46D(7) of the Act, the period of 10 business days from the date on
which the Minister gives to the proponent written notice of the matters raised
for consideration by him or her and copies of the submissions referred to the
proponent under section 46D(6) of the Act is prescribed.
