A person must not, in relation to a swimming pool completed after the
commencement of this regulation, fill the pool with water unless the pool is
enclosed by a barrier that complies with Performance Requirement
GP1.2—Volume 1, and P.2.5.3—Housing Provisions—Volume 2, of
the Building Code .
Penalty: Division 6 fine.
