HARBORS AND NAVIGATION REGULATIONS 1994 - REG 87

87—Certificate of inspection

        (1)         A certificate of inspection issued by the CEO in relation to a hire and drive houseboat must—

            (a)         state the maximum number of persons that the boat is permitted to carry while underway; and

            (b)         define the geographical limits of the waters within which the boat is permitted to operate.

        (2)         Subject to regulation 87A, a certificate of inspection issued under this Division remains in force for two years.
