   1--Short title

   These regulations may be cited as the Heritage Regulations 1993.

   3--Fees

   (1) The fees set out in the Schedule are payable to the Authority.

   (2) The Authority may waive or reduce a fee if satisfied that it is
   appropriate to do so in a particular case.
