(1) A major lottery
licence is subject to a condition that the licensee must, in connection with
the lottery authorised by the licence, comply with the major lottery rules set
out in regulation 20.
(2) A bingo licence is
subject to a condition that the licensee must, in connection with
bingo sessions authorised by the licence, comply with the bingo rules set out
in regulation 21.
(3) An instant lottery
licence is subject to a condition that the licensee must, in connection with
instant lotteries authorised by the licence, comply with the instant lottery
rules set out in regulation 22.
