33A—Identification of winning ticket
A person who identifies or discloses the identity of a winning ticket in an
instant lottery, or a trade promotion lottery some or all of the tickets of
which are instant tickets, before the ticket is acquired by a person entering
the lottery is guilty of an offence.
Penalty: Division 7 fine.
