9—Approval and assessment of project
(1) Each project must
be of moderate complexity and sufficiently broad for the applicant to
adequately demonstrate his or her knowledge and application in the category of
surveying in which it is carried out.
(2) Each project must
be set by a person appointed, with the approval of the Minister, by the
Institution of Surveyors.
(3) The applicant's
performance in each project must be assessed by a person appointed, with the
approval of the Minister, by the Institution of Surveyors.
(4) The applicant must
complete each project at a level that is assessed as satisfactory by the
person appointed under this regulation to assess the project.
