South Australian Repealed Regulations South Australian Repealed RegulationsThis legislation has been repealed.
(1) A supported
residential facility established after the commencement of these regulations
must be designed, constructed and fitted in a manner that facilitates
reasonable movement about the facility.
(2) Without limiting
subregulation (1), handrails, ramps and, for a multistorey building,
lifts, must be fitted if required by the relevant licensing authority.
