South Australian Repealed RegulationsThis legislation has been repealed.
In these regulations, unless the contrary intention appears—
"the Act" means the Supported Residential Facilities Act 1992 ;
"Building Code of Australia" means the Building Code of Australia published by
the Australian Building Codes Board as in force from time to time, and as
modified by the variations and additions for South Australia contained in the
appendix to the Code;
"health service provider" has the same meaning as in section 47 of the Act;
"manager" of a supported residential facility means—
(a) if
section 34 of the Act applies in relation to the facility—a person
approved under that section;
(b) in
any other case—a proprietor of the facility;
"nursing home" means a supported residential facility where nursing care is
provided or offered on a continuing basis;
"premises" in relation to a supported residential facility includes the
buildings, grounds, fixtures and fittings of the facility;
"registered nurse" means a registered nurse under the Nurses Act 1984 .
