South Australian Repealed RegulationsThis legislation has been repealed.
A person must not promote or advertise, or cause to be promoted or advertised,
a supported residential facility as a nursing home unless—
(a) the
facility is approved as a nursing home under the National Health
Act 1953 of the Commonwealth; or
(b) the
facility complies with the requirements of these regulations that specifically
relate to nursing homes.
Penalty: Division 7 fine.
Expiation fee: $50.
