   I make the following order under section 4A(2) of the _Trustee
   Companies Act 1953_.

   _1. Short title_
   
   This order may be cited as the _Trustee Companies Order 2009_.
   
   _2. Commencement_
   
   This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in
   the _Gazette_.
   
   _3. Principal Act_
   
   In this order, the _Trustee Companies Act 1953_ is referred to as the
   Principal Act.
   
   _4. _
   
   The amendment effected by this clause has been incorporated into the
   authorised version of the _Trustee Companies Act 1953_.
   
   Displayed and numbered in accordance with the _Rules Publication Act
   1953_.
   
   Notified in the _Gazette_ on 4 November 2009.
   
   This order is administered in the Department of Justice.
