Tasmanian Numbered Acts Tasmanian Numbered Acts139. Entitlement to distribution from reserves
A person whose membership of a cooperative has been cancelled under this Part
is to be considered to still be a member for the purposes of any distribution
from reserves of the cooperative that takes place within 5 years after the
person's membership was cancelled.
