Tasmanian Numbered Acts Tasmanian Numbered Acts159. Presumption of awareness
(1) For the purposes of this Division, a person is, unless the contrary is established, to be presumed to have been aware at a particular time of a circumstance of which an employee or agent of the person was aware at that time.
(2)
Subsection (1) only applies if the employee or agent has duties or acts
in relation to the transfer to, or ownership by, the person of a share or
shares in the cooperative concerned.
