COOPERATIVES ACT 1999 (NO. 85 OF 1999) - SECT 20

20. Incorporation and certificate of registration

      (1) The incorporation of the cooperative takes effect upon the registration of the cooperative.

      (2) On the registration of the cooperative, the Commissioner must issue a certificate of registration.
