Tasmanian Numbered Acts Tasmanian Numbered Acts21. Existing body corporate can be registered
A body corporate (other than a cooperative deemed to be registered under this Act) may apply to the Commissioner to be registered as a cooperative under this Act if, before or after the commencement of this Act, the body corporate was –
(a) incorporated or registered or deemed to be registered under the Corporations Law of Tasmania; or
(b) incorporated or registered under any other Act relating to the incorporation or registration of bodies corporate.
