COOPERATIVES ACT 1999 (NO. 85 OF 1999) - SECT 29

29. Appeal against refusal to approve draft rules

The person who submitted draft rules to the Commissioner under this Act may appeal to a magistrate against –

(a) a decision of the Commissioner to refuse to approve the rules; or

(b) a failure of the Commissioner to approve the rules.
