COOPERATIVES ACT 1999 (NO. 85 OF 1999) - SECT 33

33. Issue of duplicate certificate

The Commissioner must issue a duplicate certificate of registration –

(a) if the Commissioner is satisfied that the original certificate is lost or destroyed; and

(b) on payment of the prescribed fee.
