COOPERATIVES ACT 1999 (NO. 85 OF 1999) - SECT 429

429. Extension or abridgment of time

      (1) The Commissioner may grant an extension of, or may abridge, any time for doing anything required to be done by a cooperative by this Act or the rules of a cooperative on such terms (if any) as the Commissioner determines.

      (2) The Commissioner may grant an extension of time even if the time for doing the thing has expired.
