COOPERATIVES ACT 1999 (NO. 85 OF 1999) - SECT 89

89. Application of winding-up provisions

If an order that a cooperative be wound-up is made under this Division, the provisions of this Act relating to the winding-up of cooperatives apply, with any changes that are necessary, as if the order had been made or an application duly filed in the Supreme Court by the cooperative.
