CONVEYANCING ACT 2004 (NO. 22 OF 2004) - SECT 57

57. Section 54 amended (Offence to practise unless admitted)

Section 54(2) of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after paragraph (da) the following paragraph:

(db) acting as a conveyancer, within the meaning of the Conveyancing Act 2004 , if he or she is authorised to do so under that Act; or
