The Consumer Affairs Act 1988 is amended as follows:

(a) by inserting in section 3A " Collections for Charities Act 2001 , the" after "under, the" ;

(b) by inserting in section 16(3) " Collections for Charities Act 2001 , the" after "Act, the" ;

(c) by inserting in section 16(4) " Collections for Charities Act 2001 , the" after "Act, the" .
