The Commission, as soon as practicable after 30 June in each year, is to lay
before each House of Parliament a report on the performance of its functions
and the exercise of its powers during the period of 12 months ending on that
date and may, at any time, lay before each House of Parliament a report on any
matter arising in connection with the performance of its functions or exercise
of its powers.
