(1) Subject to and in accordance with the rules, an appeal against an order of the Supreme Court under this Part may be made to the Full Court not later than 7 days after the day on which that order is made, but only with the special leave of the Supreme Court.
(2) At the hearing of an appeal under
subsection (1), the Full Court may confirm the order appealed against or
may quash that order, in which case the Court has and may exercise all the
powers that the Supreme Court has and may exercise under this Part in relation
to an application under section 205.
