FOOD ACT 1998 (NO. 30 OF 1998) - SECT 12

12. Functions of authorised officers

The functions of an authorised officer are to –

(a) carry out any functions the Director may determine; and

(b) ensure that the provisions of this Act are complied with; and

(c) assist the Director in the administration of this Act.
