Section 41 of the Principal Act is amended as follows:

(a) by omitting the definition of superior court from subsection (1) and substituting the following definition:

superior court means the Supreme Court of a State or Territory or a State Family Court;

(b) by omitting subparagraph (viii) from subsection (2)(a) .
