GAS ACT 2000 (NO. 92 OF 2000) - SECT 109

109. Reference of application for review for mediation or advice

The Director of Gas or the Director of Gas Safety may delegate his or her power to review decisions, or decisions of a particular class, to –

(a) a review panel appointed under the regulations; or

(b) a mediator.
