(1) The Director of Gas or the Director of Gas Safety may, by written notice, require a person to give the relevant Director, within a time stated in the notice (which must be reasonable), information in the person's possession that the relevant Director reasonably requires for the administration of this Act.
(2) A person required to give information under this section must provide the information within the time stated in the notice.
Penalty:
Fine not exceeding 100 penalty units.
(3) A person may not be compelled to give information under this section if the information might tend to incriminate the person of an offence.
(4) A
requirement under this section is not a reviewable decision under Part 7.
