Tasmanian Numbered Acts Tasmanian Numbered Acts129. Statutory declarations
If a person is required by or under this Act to furnish information to the
Director of Gas, the Director of Gas Safety or the Pricing Regulator, the
relevant Director or the Pricing Regulator may require that the information be
verified by statutory declaration and, in that event, the person is taken not
to have furnished the information as required unless it has been verified in
accordance with the requirements of the relevant Director or
Pricing Regulator.
