139.  Launceston Gas Company Act 1982 amended

The Launceston Gas Company Act 1982 is amended as follows:

(a) by omitting sections 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8;

(b) by omitting Part II;

(c) by omitting paragraph (a) from section 16(1);

(d) by omitting subsection (3) from section 16;

(e) by omitting subsection (6) from section 16;

(f) by omitting section 21;

(g) by omitting paragraphs (b) and (c) from section 22(1);

(h) by omitting paragraph (b) from section 22(2);

(i) by omitting section 23;

(j) by omitting paragraphs (b), (c), (d), (e), (f), (g) and (h) from section 24(1);

(k) by omitting subsection (2) from section 24;

(l) by omitting from section 24(3) " subsection (1) or (2)" and substituting " subsection (1)," ;

(m) by omitting subsections (2) and (3) from section 26.
